Weißwurst is a Bavarian Sausage speciality with a hint of parsley and lemon. It is traditionally served as a snack between breakfast and lunch. Serve it along a freshly baked Brezel, sweet mustard and wheat beer.
To enjoy it at its best please heat it in hot (not boiling) water for about 10 minutes.
Weißwurst comes in a natural pork casing but it is eaten without the skin!
