A finely grinded well-seasoned pork-based bread spread with gelatine for an additional sweet note. It is served at its best on a slice of rye bread with some freshly chopped, raw onions and a pinch of salt and pepper.
There is no need to cook it.
Store at a dark, cool place. Once opened store in refrigerator and consume within one week.
